Question 1

Is this a working Echoo workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You create a working site with example content so you can explore right away, then configure it for your own team. Initial access lasts 30 days.

Question 2

What happens after the first 30 days?

Accepted Answer

Talk to our team about your subscription and continued access before the initial period ends. We will confirm your package and how your existing workspace continues.

Question 3

Do I need a payment card to get started?

Accepted Answer

No. You can create a workspace for the initial 30 days without entering card details.

Question 4

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Choose your employee count and modules in the pricing estimator. Monthly pricing is the selected rate per employee. Yearly billing costs the equivalent of 10 months for 12 months of access. The full suite is capped at R50 per employee per month, including VAT, with no minimum charge.

Question 5

Can I use my real employee information?

Accepted Answer

The workspace can be configured for your organisation. Before moving sensitive records or running live payroll, confirm access, migration and the continued subscription with the Echoo team.

Question 6

What does South African payroll cover?

Accepted Answer

Echoo supports pay runs with PAYE, UIF and SDL calculations and payslips, including the precise statutory report and export workflow, such as EMP201 and EMP501, that an organisation needs.

Question 7

Can employees use Echoo themselves?

Accepted Answer

Employees can access their own dashboard and permitted information, leave and documents. Managers can review team actions according to their access.

Question 8

How do I get help or ask for a walkthrough?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form, or call, email or WhatsApp the Echoo team. Tell them which workflow you want to see and they will focus on it.
